All information will be held and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”).
1. What information will I’ll be Mother collect about me?
When you visit our “Site” (on a mobile device, tablet or desktop) you may provide us with information personal to you, such as your name, your address, your email address, your mobile phone number and your date of birth (your “Information”). You may provide additional “Information” if you wish.
2. What security measures are in place to protect my “Information”?
The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we take steps to protect your information, we can’t guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the “Site”; any transmission is at your own risk. We have strict security procedures and features to prevent unauthorised access once we have received your “Information”. We’ll continue to maintain and improve these security measures in line with legal and technological developments.
3. How can I find out what “Information” I’ll be Mother holds about me?
The “Act” gives you the right to access “Information” that is held about you. You can exercise your right to access this in accordance with the “Act”. To protect your privacy and security, we’ll take reasonable steps to verify your identity before providing copies of any relevant materials.

We won’t keep your “Information” for longer than is necessary for our legitimate business purposes or than is required by law.

Terms and Condition
All online payment transactions are handled by a third party payment called Stripe, whose secure transaction processing environment meets industry standards. Bookings for large parties / Cancellation Policy
We take advance deposits from the credit/debit card details for functions* when you secure your booking. Your deposit will be deducted from the final bill.
* Function Bookings
Hoast a Roast – £100 deposit
Cellar Room – £500 deposit; guests below 20 there is an additional room hire cost at £150
Card Room – £100 deposit
Table Bookings for 6 or more / Cancellation policy
For restaurant bookings of six or more we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any booking that is cancelled within a 24 hour period of your booking. For all bookings, we advise that you contact us at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date for any changes such as guests numbers. This will avoid a £10 per person charge to your credit/debit card.*
* We will notify you if any charges/cancellation fee is applied via stripe.
Table Booking / Cancellation Policy
For five guests or below, please note that the time you have booked is when we need you to be sat at the table. If you would like drinks beforehand please arrive with sufficient time to allow us to seat you on schedule. Normally 30 minutes is ideal. If you are running late please contact us and let us know to avoid cancellation of your booking. If you need to cancel we would like 48 hours notice by calling 01892 524252 or please check your reservation email to cancel.
