THE MENUS
A Christmas worth sitting down for.
We're offering three private dining menus this December, each designed to let the season do the talking.
THE MID-WEEK
£29.50 per person
Available Monday to Thursday
For those who prefer their Christmas celebrations on the quieter side of the week. Kick things off with nibbles for the table, followed by our centrepiece, a breast of Norfolk Bronze Turkey, stuffed and rolled, served with roasted Maris Piper potatoes, braised red cabbage and carrots, buttered Brussels sprouts, red wine and port gravy, and cranberry sauce. A traditional Christmas pudding with brandy cream rounds things off beautifully, along with mince pies and coffee to linger over.
THE CHRISTMAS FEAST
£50 per person
Available Monday to Sunday
The full festive spread. Start with nibbles for the table cheese straws, Gordal olives, house nuts, sourdough and whipped butter before moving on to a spiced butternut squash soup with sage and toasted pumpkin seeds. For the main event, choose between a roasted turkey crown with pigs in blankets and glazed potato fondant, or a roasted celeriac, butternut squash and wild mushroom wellington for those taking the vegetarian route. Both come with star anise carrots, honey roasted parsnips, Brussels sprouts, cranberry sauce, and a red wine and port gravy. To finish, our Beacon Sticky Toffee Pudding with toffee sauce and whipped vanilla cream.
THE PRIVATE DINING
£65 per person

For those who'd like a little more ceremony to their Christmas. This is our exclusive private dining menu, a three course affair with choices at every course, beginning with nibbles for the table before guests settle in to make their selections.
Starters, mains and desserts all come with three choices from cured Chalk Stream trout to Norfolk Black Chicken, Wild Cornish Sea Bass, and a trio of desserts that will make the decision genuinely difficult.

Whichever menu you choose, you'll be celebrating in one of The Beacon's characterful spaces. From the intimate Card Room for 6–12 guests, to the Billiard Room with its sweeping views of the grounds, the full Dining Room for larger gatherings of up to 70, or exclusive use of the whole house and Grand Pavilion for those who really want to pull out all the stops.
Every booking comes with a dedicated host, so the only thing you'll need to think about is what you're having for dessert.
